FAQ
How much do I earn?
3% of the accommodation amount you pay (before taxes), in points. 1 point = $1 MXN. For example, a $10,000 MXN stay plus taxes earns 300 points.
When can I use my points?
Points unlock on your check-out day and can be used on your next direct booking at viato.mx, in any destination.
I booked on Airbnb or Booking — do I earn?
Yes. Create your account, enter your confirmation code and last name under “My account” and we’ll credit 3% of that stay.
Do points expire?
Points are valid for 18 months from the day they unlock.
Can I pay the whole stay with points?
Yes, you can apply all your available points. The portion paid with points does not earn new points.
What if I cancel?
If the booking is cancelled, pending points for that stay are voided and points you used are returned according to the cancellation policy.
